Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), PEL-CSN , preferred. At least one year pediatric or medical surgical nursing clinical work experience. Preference may be given to nurses who have worked as a school nurse in the state of Illinois.
Additional Notes
OBJECTIVE: Performs specialized work including various nursing procedures within scope of practice relating to students in a school setting and public health population-centered activities. Pediatric experience and well child training desirable.
CLASSIFICATION: Classified or Certified
LICENSURE:
- Valid Illinois RN License and/or CSN License
- Valid CPR Certification
