Qualifications
1. Valid IL Teaching License with an endorsement in Music for K-3 grade level as well as Junior High Band/Choir
2. Bachelor's Degree in the area of Music/Band
3. Highly functional teacher in multiple grade levels.
Certified Teacher in Music for Primary levels K-3 and Junior High
Dee-Mack 701 is seeking a versatile and dedicated music educator to lead our comprehensive K–3 and 7-8 music programs in one building. This dual-role position requires a unique blend of early childhood expertise and secondary ensemble leadership while working with primary and junior high staff.

Additional Notes
Primary, we need a high-energy, patient, and playful facilitator with understanding that primary students feel through the body and play. The teacher should be animated and lead with joy to foster a lifelong love of music as well as prepare a foundation for later ensemble participation.
Junior High, would transition to a disciplined, inspiring conductor and mentor showing expertise and clear expectations, understanding the social-emotion needs of young teens, and motivating them toward musical excellence.
This teaching position is based in one single location, and it not a traveling position.
