Instructional Leadership: Drive academic excellence by supporting teachers in implementing evidence-based literacy and numeracy strategies.

School Culture: Cultivate a positive, "students-first" atmosphere that celebrates diversity and promotes social-emotional wellbeing.

Staff Development: Recruit, supervise, and mentor a diverse team of educators, providing regular feedback and professional growth opportunities.

Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, the CPO, and local partners to create a supportive ecosystem for students.

Operational Management: Facility safety and daily scheduling to ensure a smooth, efficient learning environment.
Qualifications
PEL with Administrative Endorsement for Principal
Grant writing is preferred
Salary/Benefits
Competitive Salary- $90,000 to $100,000- depending on experience
