Duties
Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to eligible students, conduct eligibility meetings and annual reviews, participate in problem solving meetings at the building level for at-risk students.

Illinois State Board of Education Licensure as a Speech-language pathologist
Salary/Benefits
Salary and benefits are currently linked to administrative district (Decatur Public Schools) bargaining agreement. Salary range for 2025-2026 is between $57,143 - 101,374 (including TRS contribution). In addition to this salary, Speech-Language Pathologists get an additional $5,000 stipend.
