Duties
Provide consultative services, diagnostic screening and comprehensive evaluation services for students experiencing academic and/or behavioral difficulties; Participate as a member of an evaluation team in initial evaluations and reevaluations;

Illinois State Board of Education Licensure as a School Psychologist
Salary/Benefits
Salary and benefits are currently linked to administrative district (Decatur Public Schools) bargaining agreement. Salary range for 2025-2026 is between $558.407 - $101,374 (including TRS contribution). In addition to this salary, school psychologists get an additional $5,000 each year as a stipend.
