Qualifications
Applicants are required to have a Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Superintendent license preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; deep understanding of social emotional learning supports and student discipline; and building administrative experience at the district and/or school level preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations,Certifications:
- Professional Educators’s License
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a General Administrative Endorsement, Type 75 Administrative or Principal's Leadership Endorsement
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
- pHCLE certification preferred
Education and/or Experience
- Master’s Degree in Educational Administration
- Superintendent’s Endorsement preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Education is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience is required

The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This position will be located at the District Office - 15100 S 94th Avenue, Orland Park, IL. Some travel will be required to district schools (10), college career fairs, job fairs, conferences, etc. as needed.
