Duties
Bureau Valley is seeking a skilled and effective instructor to teach courses in the content area of Elementary Art.
Qualifications
Current and valid Illinois teaching license with proper endorsements
Salary/Benefits
Salary and benefits are determined per the BVEA collective bargaining agreement.
Additional Notes
The district also offers prior years of service on the salary schedule, a tuition waiver for out-of-district children of staff members, reimbursement for college coursework, and opportunities to earn early tenure.
Candidate gets to teach K-2 art in Wyanet, K-5 art in Walnut and be part of a district art department with 2 other art teachers.
K-5 students have art twice a week for 30 minutes
Opportunities may also be available for candidate to serve as a coach, sponsor, etc...
