Duties

• Student Data Management: This includes, but is not limited to, student scheduling, record management, and state and federal reporting.

• Database Management: Maintain knowledge of overall database systems, serve as project manager for database module rollouts, and assist in the management, maintenance, and implementation of district data systems, including user accounts/rostering, records, security, and permissions.

• Plan and collaborate with District Departments and Schools to best support the needs of staff and students in alignment with the District’s Strategic Plan in both hardware and software areas.

• Annual Registration Configuration - Manage the annual registration process to ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and accurate data management.

• Software/Applications - Maintain and update district subscriptions, applications, and digital tools. Ensure SOPPA compliance.
  
• Training and Support: Prepare materials and resources for administrators and staff, providing remote and on-site assistance with database and student information systems.

• Systems Automation: Coordinate and manage systems integration and data synchronization across multiple platforms and data systems.

• State and Federal Reporting: Collaborate with administration and support staff to prepare and submit required state and federal reports.

• Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information and ensure that all actions align with district policies and regulations.
• General Duties: Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by the Superintendent or designee, contributing to overall district operations.

Salary/Benefits

$65,000 - $95,000  plus Insurance - Health and Dental
