High School Head Track Coach

North Mac High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fulfill the responsibilities Head Track Coach.

The Head Coach:

supports and promotes the school’s mission and vision.
provides leadership in the football program and builds cooperative, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
is an effective communicator, organized and is a positive motivator, devoting time and energy to the program.
helps to promote the program’s philosophy, techniques, strategies, and style at all levels in order to have a cohesive program for student-athletes.
models, encourages, and teaches appropriate conduct from all participants and takes responsibilities for all members of the football program.
completes tasks and duties as assigned and is available to assist with and lead football activities in season and out of season.
