Duties
* Manage program implementation of curriculum, assessment tool, and supplemental materials.
* Coordinate teacher professional learning on best practices, curricula and instruction, and assessment.
* Support teachers in creating lesson plans that are faithful to the curriculum and developmentally appropriate; review lesson plans and provide teachers with timely feedback and recommendations.
* Maintain files for students, meetings, and any other activities.
* Work with director to develop and lead PLCs.
* For the purpose of coaching, conduct regular observations and maintain records. 50% of this position should be spent working inside the classroom.
* Identify and develop resources and materials that will support instructional quality and integrate them into program practices.
* Collaborate with local agencies to support the Early Childhood field.
* Maintain supplies and material to support implementation of curriculum to support IELDS and meet ECERS requirements.
* Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of this position.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
Experience in teaching within an Early Childhood classroom
Professional Educator License, Early Childhood Endorsement
Valid Driver's License

Salary/Benefits
Salary: $48,000.00, increases with experience.
Benefits: TRS position, up to $12,000/year towards insurance premium. This position is a 190-day contract with 12 sick days and two personal days.
Typical work hours: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
