LBS1 Teacher – Illinois

Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate, flexible, and creative LBS1 certified teachers to join our team across various locations in Illinois. These part-time and full-time positions involve working directly with students in behavioral health settings, delivering instruction in a small classroom environment. As a LearnWell educator, you will play a critical role in helping students stay engaged in learning while receiving the care they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to K-12 students across core subject areas.
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans tailored to students' educational needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with hospital staff, school personnel, and families as needed.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and instructional reports.
- Provide a structured, supportive learning environment that aligns with treatment goals.
Position Details:
- Part-time or Full-time
- Class sizes typically range from 8 to 15 students.
- Work is conducted on-site at partner behavioral health facilities.
