Duties

1. Communicates and interacts with students, parents, and the community
2. Demonstrates knowledge of educational research, trends, and best practices
3. Implements classroom management strategies that promote student learning
4. Evaluates and assesses student progress against instructional objectives
5. Plans, organizes, and provides instruction based on state standards
6. Performs other duties as assigned by administration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education; Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

Salary/Benefits

Per the collective bargaining agreement between East Coloma-Nelson CESD No. 20 and East Coloma-Nelson Education Association
