Qualifications:  
Teacher Candidate should hold :

  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) 
  • Bilingual Education Teacher endorsement  (Spanish) 
  • Endorsement in English as a Second Language ( ESL )  or English as a New Language ( ENL) 
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
