Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  1. Professional Educator License endorsed for Learning Behavior Specialist I
  2. Illinois State Board of Education approval for Career and Technical Coordinator 
  3. Minimum of two years of successful special education teaching experience preferred
  4. Special education vocational preparation/career education experience preferred
  5. Ability to visually and auditorily monitor student performance and behavior
  6. Ability to model good language and vocabulary
  7. Ability to travel within SESE and the community as necessary
  8. Strong work habits and ethics
  9. Ability to develop effective working relationships with administrators, staff, school and workplace communities 

Salary/Benefits

Salary and benefits will be determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement with SESEA.
