Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to plan and teach engaging lessons.
- Develop and administer assessments to gauge student understanding.
- Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to help them succeed. (Current case load is 10 students with two paraprofessionals.)
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
- Design and implement behavior modification systems to foster a positive classroom environment.
- Coordinate standardized testing plans.
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans, curriculum, syllabus, and assessments
Qualifications
Hold the appropriate licensure or are able to earn the appropriate licensure within a specified time period.

Coulterville CUSD 1 is excited to announce that we have a K-8 special education opening. Current caseload is 10 students with 2 paraprofessionals.
