Ball-Chatham School District is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our Titan Talent as Substitute Bus Drivers for the 2026-2027 school year!

Whether you're new to substituting or a seasoned professional, we are committed to providing the resources and support you need to succeed. As a substitute, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives.

• Flexible work schedule with a long- or short-term schedule that fits your lifestyle.  We are specifically looking for subs with availability in the morning (before school) and in the afternoon (after school) or one or the other.

Qualifications

• To be considered for this position, you must: 

  • Maintain the qualifications and licensure outlined in the job description: High school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass fingerprint criminal background check
  • Must be 21 years old
  • Must hold an Illinois CDL Driver's License and maintain Illinois Secretary of State requirements to become and remain a school bus driver in Illinois
  • Complete and submit the ONLINE application.

Salary/Benefits

• Substitute bus driver pay starts at $25.00 per hour!
