Duties
Special Education Teacher at Orion Middle School.
Qualifications
As per Illinois State Board of Education certifications and requirements. Applicants must be skilled in special education law, working with student accommodations, classroom and behavior management, developing lesson plans for diverse needs, and individualizing instruction based upon students' unique communication and cognitive needs. Effective communication and strong collaboration skills with other professionals are essential to this position.
Salary/Benefits
Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with salary schedule and experience as defined within the Teachers' Contract.

This teaching position is for the 2026-2027 school year.
