Duties
To manage and coordinate the school district’s athletic programs in a way that promotes physical fitness and highlights athletics as a valuable extracurricular opportunity. To ensure equitable access for all students to participate and benefit from these programs to provide leadership and strategic direction for the district’s athletic initiatives.

Qualifications Profile
- Certification/License: Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative Endorsement
- Completion of Teacher Evaluator Modules 1-5 required.
- Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation.
Education
Bachelor's and Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in related field.
Experience
- Successful experience managing or directing the athletic programs or a school district preferred.
- Successful coaching experience preferred.
- Successful supervisory experience preferred.
Salary/Benefits
1. 12-Month Administrative Position
2. Salary Not less than $100,000
-- Paid twice a month on the 10th and 25th of each month.
3. Sick Leave Benefits: Fifteen (15) days per year—accumulate to 340.
4. Personal Leave Benefits: Two (2) days each year.
5. Vacation Benefits: Twenty-two (22) days each year.
