  • Utilizes data-driven decision-making to identify trends in student behavior and academic achievement, proposing strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Advocates for the diverse learning needs of all students by supporting the implementation of IEP and 504 accommodations within the general education setting.
  • Collaborates with community and government agencies regarding student attendance, truancy, and behavioral support.
  • Assists in the recruitment, orientation, and mentorship of new staff members to promote long-term retention and professional growth.

  • Collaborates with the Business Office to manage building-level budgets and student activity funds, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Supervises building personnel relative to liability management and safety standards, ensuring all incident reports are filed with precision and urgency.
Serves as the building leader in the absence of the Principal to ensure continuity of operations and safety.

  • Demonstrated expertise in effective communication, restorative conflict resolution, and school operational management.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
