Duties
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure coordination of support and services with district and
building administrators
• Plan and develop appropriate professional development that is
aligned to best practices
• Work with school districts in the development and implementation
of best practices in math instruction and curriculum design
• Assist and support districts with the development and
implementation of district/school improvement plans
• Work with districts to disaggregate their mathematics data and
determine opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and deliver Professional Development courses
• Participate in Professional Development activities
• Attend State/Regional meetings, when applicable
• Interpret school and district level data to assist districts with making
curriculum recommendations
• Maintain records of school and classroom support provided to LEA’s
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Qualifications
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License
• Mathematics Endorsement
• Five years teaching experience
• Proven experience working with adult learners
• Demonstrated evidence of experience in designing staff
development activities related to school improvement initiatives
• Evidence of strong communication skills and public presentation skills
Salary/Benefits
Salary + Benefits – based on experience.
Pay: $75,000.00
