Duties

TCSEA is a decentralized cooperative with 16 member districts which are rural but situated within 30 minute of Bloomington, Illinois. All 16 member districts utilize multi-tiered systems of support and many of our Psychologists work closely with principals as data managers. All sit on district problem solving teams. While we expect all Psychologists to hit the ground running, all Psychologists will also have a mentor for their first year within the cooperative. Our Salary and Benefits package are competitive and we also pay for our Psychologists to attend out of district trainings, though many are available within the cooperative. Our Psychologists meet monthly as a team to work on numerous projects including developing local norms for various assessments. New Psychologists are also encouraged, and given the opportunity, to observe multiple programs within the communities to familiarize themselves with the community resources available in within our 16 member districts.
