Share: Print: Duties Provide direct support services for speech and language impaired students. Case manage students with speech and language primary needs by being responsible for all aspects of student’s special education paperwork. Provide speech and language assessments as part of initial and reevaluation case studies to determine eligibility of service and appropriate service delivery model. Attend IEP team meetings for the purpose of developing, reviewing and/or revising student’s service plans. Provide mentoring or supervision for the clinical fellowship year as needed. Follow District and State procedures for record keeping, reports and forms. Actively seeks opportunities to increase professional knowledge. Serves as a resource for parents, special education and regular education staff for both regular and special education students. Fulfill assigned responsibilities. Attend monthly district department meetings. Maintains appropriate communication with parents, staff, and administration. Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
