Duties
Teaching high school Biology, Anatomy, and Environmental Biology. AP Biology preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
Appropriate ISBE license for grades 9-12.
Salary/Benefits
Salary based on experience. Salary matrix can be found at https://www.piasabirds.net/public-documents/teacher-contract. Single health insurance benefit of $555.00/month, all TRS contributions paid by district, 13 sick days, and 3 personal days.
Additional Notes
Southwestern High School is located at the intersection of Hwy. 16 and Rte. 111 in Piasa, IL. Total district enrollment is approximately 1200 students which includes approximately 400 high school students.
