Salary/Benefits
Salary range is outlined in the union agreement and is dependent on education level and years of applicable teaching experience as outlined in the union agreement. Compensation for the 2024-25 school year will be finalized as part of the next collective bargaining agreement. Benefits for licensed staff can be found here.

We also have the Bloomington Area Career Center which provides career exploration opportunities to high school students at Bloomington High School and surrounding school districts.
