Duties
Plan and coordinate appropriate and effective student lessons. Lead small or large group activities that support the development of children’s language, self-help skills, social cooperation, and development of positive self-concepts. Maintain classroom management while providing a nurturing and caring learning environment for the students. Provide frequent and meaningful communication between home and school.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree. Appropriate State of Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
Salary/Benefits
Placement on salary schedule per teacher contract. (full TRS paid)
