Duties

  • Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze hardware including, but not limited to:
    • iPads, MacBooks, iMacs, and Apple TVs
    • PC Desktops and Servers
    • IP Phones, Printers, Projectors, Document Cameras, and A/V equipment
    • Wireless Access Points and Network Devices
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain various software applications and updates
  • Administer user accounts for staff and students (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Apple School Manager, etc.)
  • Support educational software systems utilized by staff and students (Clever, SeeSaw, Schoology, Classkick, PowerSchool, etc.)
  • Administer devices as necessary using JAMF (mobile device management)
  • Provide quick, efficient, and courteous end-user support via Helpdesk ticketing and frequent site visits to all campus sites.
  • Support occasional off-hour events as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology

Qualifications

  • Minimum Associates Degree, preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  (Proven, relevant experience may be considered)
  • Current industry-specific certifications are favorable
  • Confidential handling of sensitive information
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, self-motivate and manage time when working independently
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple buildings on a regular basis
  • Clear interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of hardware, software and networking
