Senior Research Specialist - Career Enhancement and Education (1020591)
The University of Illinois Cancer Center (UICC) is seeking candidates for a Senior Research Specialist to research activities of the training programs, recruitment, and retention of trainees, develops research and educational programmatic curriculum, program evaluation, tracking of trainee outcomes, and supports the development of research training and fellowship grants. This position also develops, manages, and evaluates community partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field required. Master’s degree in social science preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years related research experience.
- Possesses and applies advanced knowledge of research principles, concepts, practices, and methods.
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- Experience in clinical and/or community-based research.
- Experience in research-driven and/or community-driven policy.

Salary/Benefits
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 / Yearly
