Duties
Donovan Elementary is seeking a passionate and dedicated elementary teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.
Donovan Elementary serves approximately 170 students in grades PreK–5, with an average of 22 students per grade level. As a small rural school, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with students and families while maintaining high expectations for academic growth and student success.
The ideal candidate will:

Plan, organize, and deliver engaging instruction in a supportive elementary learning environment

Qualifications
Proper Illinois Teaching Certificate.
Salary/Benefits
Actual compensation based on education and experience as applied on the current Teacher Master Contract which is posted at Donovanschools.org website.
