Duties
Drive bus to transport students over specified routes to local or distant points as directed by schedule or Transportation Director
Qualifications
Successful applicant must possess a high school diploma or GED
Must be at least 21 years of age
Able to pass a pre-employment physical with drug and alcohol screening, have a valid IL License (CDL preferred) with a clean record; eligibility for bus permit
Must satisfactorily pass training necessary for bus evacuation, first aid, CPR certification and blood borne pathogens
Salary/Benefits
District will pay for training
$15.45 an hour, 4-6 hours a day, 10 months or longer
12 sick days
2 personal days
