Ability to partner with multiple teacher assistants and collaborate within a multidisciplinary model in regards to instructional strategies, behavioral management, and team building Ability to create, implement and adapt developmentally based curriculum for students of varied ages, learning styles and ability levels Complete lesson plans for individual and group activities Teach content subject in a classroom setting Work with special education teacher to document quarterly progress as related to students ’IEPs Assess students' academic skills and determine their educational needs Provide a social-emotional learning environment Effectively communicate with and support parents/caregivers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in job-related area Illinois Professional Educator License Content area licensure Salary/Benefits Competitive starting Salary We offer a complete benefits package that includes Medical, Dental.
