Duties
Warren CUSD 205 is seeking a 9-12 Spanish teacher who will develop and teach a rigorous curriculum to students through various methods of instruction and assessment. The position typically includes all levels of high school Spanish and a junior high mini course, but could change according to the candidate's license and strengths.
Qualifications
The selected candidate must be of high moral and ethical character, a team player, a desire to make a difference, the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues toward continuous improvement, and demonstrate a positive, growth oriented mindset. The teaching candidate must have the proper Professional Educator License prior to starting in August 2025.
Salary/Benefits
As Negotiated by the Warren CUSD #205 Board of Education and the Warren Education Association. This position includes a $4,500 signing and retention bonus. Additionally, if moving within District boundaries, the District may offer up to $2,500 housing down payment assistance.
Salary will be determined according to the candidate's teaching experience and graduate hours.
Board pays 100% of single insurance and 70% of family, and annual pay raises.
