Duties
Pawnee Junior High School is seeking coaching applicants for Softball for the upcoming 2024 junior high school season that begins July 29, 2024. The coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the junior high Softball program. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and knowledge in player development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character development.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. They must demonstrate knowledge of the skills and strategies of running a softball team as it pertains to interscholastic athletics in Illinois. Candidates must be able to assist in running summer camps. Candidates must be ASEP certified, complete all IESA coach requirements and pass a background check with the Illinois State Police.
Salary/Benefits
Coaching stipend is based on years of experience.
