Three (3) years successful experience in public school or related non-profit or similar private sector business. Knowledge of Illinois bidding statutes and purchasing procedures. Working knowledge of word processing and the ability to use software to develop spreadsheets and databases on personal computer. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with general public, vendors, and District employees, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
