Duties

Full time special education teaching position with students in a self-contained primary setting. Provide instruction to students using established curriculum while integrating each student's goals contained within the individualized education plan. Opportunity to collaborate with a professional team of related service providers, utilizing research supported interventions and strategies.   

Qualifications

• The qualified candidate will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with an LBS1 endorsement. 
• Experiences working with students with significant and multiple disabilities
• Knowledge of assistive technology
• Collaborative problem solving and teaming skills

Salary/Benefits

Per CBU bargaining agreement.  LADSE honors up to 11 years of prior service.
