Duties

The successful candidate must be prepared to instruct junior and senior students in the area of Early Childhood Education lab. Applicant should have a solid understanding of Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards.  Also, the applicant should team with the theory instructor to apply concepts in the lab.  Furthermore, instructor should be willing to coordinate a career pathway activities with educational partners.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 yrs. of work experience in Early Childhood.
  • Must have or be able to obtain Professional Licensure in Illinois.
  • Associate's degree in field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Gateway ECE Level I Instructor preferred.

Additional Notes

Teaching high school juniors and seniors along with preschool students. School begins August 16th or as available. Teacher's Institute for all teachers will be August 14th & 15th.
