Duties
Pawnee CUSD 11 is seeking dedicated paraprofessionals to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our students' daily learning experiences. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support classroom instruction, reinforce lessons in small groups or in one-on-one settings, and help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate exhibits patience, strong communication skills, and a passion for nurturing young minds. This position will aide in fostering student growth, assist with classroom management, and provide extra support to our students and teachers.
Qualifications
Current paraprofessional license or ability to obtain licensure through ROE 51.
Salary/Benefits
Beginning salary is $18 per hour. Total compensation will be determined by years of experience.
