Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education or a paraprofessional license with a bachelor’s degree on-file with the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), or hold an Associate’s Degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education or show completion of 60 semester hours of coursework.

Salary/Benefits

• Starting rate: $150/day
• Daily rate after 20 consecutive days in the same position: Salary schedule for 2023-2024 (Appendix A-1) – Column 1/Cell 1 ($266.42/day).
• Bonus payment (if 90 days are served in a school year): $300
