Duties
Donovan Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate RTI Teacher to join our elementary team.
This position is responsible for providing targeted, small-group reading instruction to students identified through our Response to Intervention (RTI) framework. In addition to direct instruction, the selected candidate will coordinate and support the implementation of our RTI program at the elementary level, working collaboratively with classroom teachers and administration to ensure student growth and success.
We utilize Aimsweb and NWEA MAP as our benchmark assessment tools to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions.
Donovan Elementary is a K–5 building with an average of approximately 22 students per grade level, allowing for meaningful relationships and individualized support for students.
Coaching opportunities are available for interested candidates but are not required.

Proper Illinois Teaching Certificate
Salary/Benefits
Actual compensation based on education and experience as applied on the current Teacher Master Contract.
