Duties

North Mac High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fulfill the responsibilities of Varsity Football Coach. The Head Coach:

• supports and promotes the school’s mission and vision.
• provides leadership in the football program and builds cooperative, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
• is an effective communicator, organized and is a positive motivator, devoting time and energy to the program.
• helps to promote the program’s philosophy, techniques, strategies, and style at all levels in order to have a cohesive program for student-athletes.
• models, encourages, and teaches appropriate conduct from all participants and takes responsibilities for all members of the football program.
• completes tasks and duties as assigned and is available to assist with and lead football activities in season and out of season.
