Instruction
- Communicates clearly and accurately.
- Uses questioning and discussion techniques.
- Engages students in learning.
- Provides feedback to students.
- Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness.
Professional Responsibilities
- Reflects on teaching.
- Builds caring professional relationships with students.
- Maintains accurate records.
- Communicates with families.
- Contributes to the school and district.
- Grows and develops professionally.
- Shows professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Director of Curriculum.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet teacher certification requirements for the state of Illinois.
- Candidates must demonstrate exceptional instructional and assessment skills.
- Experience with instructions and assessment at the high school level preferred.
Salary/Benefits
In accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
Additional Notes
This position is to fill a vacancy for Term 2 of the 2022-23 school year. The start date is January 9, 2023; assignment ends on the last day of the 2022-23 school year.
