Duties
Chrisman schools are seeking a Band Director for grades 5-12 including leading concert band, pep band, and parade marching band. Work with a very supportive band booster organization. Pending the availability of the candidate, this could be made a half-time position if necessary.
Qualifications
Proper ISBE license with instrumental music certification or the willingness to obtain one
Salary/Benefits
Per negotiated contract at www.chrisman.k12.il.us.
Additional Notes
Chrisman is a very rural district in east central Illinois that has a very strong arts program including visual arts, band, and theater! We are 1:1 with chromebooks and a teacher mentor program.
