Job Goals: To provide high quality classroom instruction in middle school English Language Arts
Performance Responsibilities:
- Prepares challenging, differentiated lesson plans for English Language Arts
- Selects and uses materials appropriate for students
- Ensures Tier II and Tier III instructional supports in Tier I classroom setting model
- Analyzes and organizes individual assessment results and state assessment results to determine areas for growth and share strategies to address these areas through prescriptive intervention
- Collaborates with English Language Arts teachers for aligned instructional planning and delivery
- Fosters a classroom climate conducive to learning
- Promotes and maintains positive pupil-teacher relationships
- Other duties as assigned
