Duties

• Assumes daily responsibility for securing and closing facilities.
• Takes initiative in completing cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
• Anticipates building needs in replacing and restocking supplies.
• Assembles and/or repairs classroom furniture.
• Performs general cleaning of facilities (vacuuming, carpet cleaning, air conditioners, mopping, bathrooms, windows, etc.).
• Performs summer building maintenance (e.g. painting, carpet cleaning, stripping

            and waxing floors).

• Performs seasonal maintenance ground activities, including snow removal and cutting grass.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma/equivalency
Experience in building and maintenance preferred
Cooperative team player
No lifting restrictions

Salary/Benefits

Commensurate with experience; range of $15-$17 / hour; 40 hours per week; year-round position
