Duties
Over see the day-to-day operations of a junior/high school building of approximately 66, 7th and 8th grades as well as aproximatley 135, 9th-12th graders. Duties include: completing staff evaluations, over see student discipline, orgainze professional development and professional learning communities, work with parents, and supervise extra-curricular activities. Building dean/athletic director is responsible for the majority of the student discipline and supervies extra-curricuare with the principalJH/HS principal.
Qualifications
Applicant must be licensed to serve as an administrator at the secondary level in Illinois public schools and have successfully completed training to evaluate certified staff or can complete it by the start of the 2026-2027 school year.
