Duties
Ladd School is seeking a dynamic and engaging educator to fill a full-time 3rd grade position. Candidates must be skilled at developing engaging lessons, integrating technology, instructing and supervising students, communicating with parents, collaborating with colleagues, creating a welcoming learning environment, and developing and administering assessments to determine student growth.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, experience working with special needs children, knowledge of child development, experience with technology, and valid Illinois certification.
