Duties

• Demonstrates knowledge of content and pedagogy
• Sets instructional outcomes as goals that can been assessed
• Demonstrates knowledge of resources
• Designs coherent instruction and differentiates with appropriate resources, groups and structure
• Manages classroom procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with an Early Childhood Education endorsement
• Early Childhood Special Education Approval preferred but not required.

Salary/Benefits

2026-2027 salary range: $41,715 - $71,685. Board paid TRS, 14 sick days, 3 personal days, health, dental, and vision insurance.
