Duties
Morris Community High School has an immediate opening for a Physical Education and Health Teacher for the second semester of the current school year (January 5, 2026 through May 21, 2026).
Qualifications
Must have a valid registered Illinois Professional Educator License that includes PE and Health endorsements. (Behind-the-Wheel instructor certification is a plus but not required.)
Salary/Benefits
Salary and benefits will be prorated according to the MHSEA contract, which can be found here.
Additional Notes
This position could be adapted to either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's interest and qualifications. It is for the second semester of the 2025-2026 school year only with potential consideration given for any future vacancies that may occur. Opportunities for extra duties such as coaching and supervision may exist.
