Duties
We are looking to add to our team for the 2024-25 school year. The chosen candidate would provide comprehensive school social work services for a cooperative that provides supports to 16 school districts in Peoria County. As part of a team, the school social worker will focus on providing social work intervention and facilitating communication among three district systems; school, home, and community. In meeting that function, the school social worker will be expected to perform tasks outlined in the following categories: identification and assessment, intervention with individuals or groups, and the facilitation of communication between school, home and the community.
Qualifications
Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work; a professional educator's license with the School Support Personnel endorsement in the area of school Social Work
