Position: Elementary Special Education Teacher (LBS1)
Location: Culver School – Niles School District 71, Niles, Illinois
Salary: $58,000 – $74,000+ depending on education and experience
Niles School District 71 is looking for a thoughtful and caring LBS1 special education teacher to join our team at Culver School. In this role you will:

Provide specialized instruction for students with diverse learning needs

Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress

Work closely with classroom teachers, service providers, and families

Help students build both academic skills and confidence

Be part of a collaborative team that problem solves together

Salary/Benefits
Starting salary $58,000–$74,000+ depending on education and experience, with a strong benefits package including health, dental, and TRS pension participation.
