Duties

Duties include those typical of a High School Choir Teacher. teaching an Intermediate non auditioned mixed choir, an intermediate to advanced auditioned mixed choir, Intro to Piano/Keyboard, possible AP Music Theory, an extra curricular vocal jazz mixed ensemble/madrigal ensemble which presents an annual Madrigal Dinner at the beginning of December. This person should have a general knowledge of working with and maintaining an extensive sound system, both portable and stationary. Qualifications

Must have a valid Type 09 certificate and meet highly qualified status. RTHS is looking for a teacher who is knowledgeable and has the ability to build rapport with students.

Salary/Benefits

Competitive Salary (base salary for 24-25 at step 1 for (Bachelors is $41,167 and Masters $47,842 ), full paid TRS, full single health insurance and dental, and $20,000 Term Life Insurance. Additional stipends will be a part of the package with choir director duties.
